The precisionPUMP is the perfect addition in all areas of analytical and preparative chemistry and in some production areas for conveying, dosing and mixing.
Comfortable benefits of exact dosing in the laboratory
The pump allows the automatic addition of reaction fluids and is simply controlled by specifying the desired flow rate or the required flow volume. Several reagents or solvents can be conveyed in parallel through the channels of the pump. The pump is operated via a touch screen and has an internal memory for user-programmable methods.
These can be, for example, dispensing cycles with defined volumes and defined waiting pauses, which are repeated as often as required on the basis of a predefined number. In addition, the precisionPUMP can be controlled by external devices or with a hand/foot switch. The dosing system can also be installed as a complete kit in laboratory equipment (automats) if required.
Installation is possible within a few seconds, as the complete system is fixed with only two screws. The high chemical resistance of the pump and the robust construction guarantee an extremely long and reliable use. The complete system represents an extremely efficient construction and is manufactured with highest manufacturing swiss precision. All parts are easy to handle. Especially when replacing the tubes, the focus was placed on simple and safe handling that can be carried out in a few seconds.
