GALILEO NITROGEN GENERATIOR, GALILEO

 

The Galileo Nitrogen generator produces pure nitrogen through a PSA air filtration system. The same generator can produce different quantities of nitrogen, the flow rate varies according to the purity (see annex 2) Galileo allows having a high and constant level of purity, guaranteed by the integrated purity analyzer (optional). The Galileo generator is available with a stainless steel finish, for those environments where sanitization is important. 

Options: • cartridge for the removal of hydrocarbons 

              • Residual oxygen analyzer

              • Soundproof compressor

              • Storage tank (always recommended)

Maintenance: safety valve VZZ099 to be replaced every 12000 hours (see the use and maintenance manual)

The purity of the gas is constant, always. Nitrogen production is ready within minutes of switching on. The Galileo generator is modular, which means that we can add production modules after installation if the nitrogen demand increases. It is always recommended to add a storage tank, to ensure the stability of gas production and constant purity. The integrated analyzer is an option that allows having a guaranteed purity, the analyzer stops the production in case nitrogen quality is not sufficient. For this reason, it’s better to have a storage tank (nitrogen quality is a function of the flow rate, if the nitrogen demand is not constant, there is the possibility of small fluctuations in the quality of the gas).
