Suzuki-Miyaura Cross-Coupling Screnning Kits 본문
When a first attempt is unsuccessful, the endless combinations can make researching optimum reaction conditions overwhelming.
In order to facilitate the screening of common Suzuki-Miyaura reaction conditions, EvoluChem has released a series of high-throughput reaction screening kits combining common palladium sources, ligands and base combinations to achieve successful cross-coupling transformations.
Suzuki-Miyaura Cross-Coupling Screening Kits Protocol
The standard protocol is performed with 100 µl substrates solution at 0.15M concentration, 10% catalyst and 2 base quivalents. Additional conditions can be investigated by changing the substrate concentration, or amount of base. You can choose between 2 different arrays of catalysts as well as between aqueous solutions of base or solid anhydrous bases.
1. Prepare the substrate solution.
2. Add to reaction vials containing the pre-weighed reagents and catalysts using a syringe.
3. Place the reaction block on a standard stir/heat plate and set your reaction temperature.
